Your enquiry data is private operational information.
Effective 17 July 2026. This policy explains the limited information JPI collects through its forms and how it is used.
Information we collect
Depending on the form, we may collect your name, email, phone number, property or project details, buyer goal, professional registration details, company information and message.
How we use it
- Respond to a project-review or advertising enquiry.
- Assess fit and request missing information.
- Protect forms from abuse and maintain operational records.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Storage and access
Form submissions are stored as private records inside the site's WordPress administration and may be sent to the site administrator by email. They are not committed to GitHub or displayed publicly. Access is limited to authorised operators.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as reasonably necessary for the request, ongoing business relationship, dispute handling or legal requirements. You may request correction or deletion through the project-review form by stating “privacy request”.
Cookies and analytics
The calculator stores no inputs and sends no calculation data. JPI has privacy-conscious event hooks for page path, form type and non-financial interaction events, but no analytics service is currently loaded. This policy will be updated before non-essential tracking is enabled.
External links
Official-source and third-party links have their own privacy practices. JPI is not responsible for those external sites.
