JPI content, scores, reviews and calculator outputs are general information. They are not financial, legal, tax, valuation, lending or investment advice and do not guarantee rent, capital growth, approval, completion or resale.
Model limitations
Outputs depend entirely on user inputs and stated assumptions. Taxes, exemptions, fees, interest rates and rules can change. Obtain written calculations and advice from qualified professionals before committing funds.
Source limitations
We aim to cite current authoritative sources, but publications may be revised and infrastructure or policy timelines can change. A source date is not a promise that the underlying condition remains unchanged.
Advertising
Paid placements will be labelled. Advertisers are responsible for lawful claims, listing authority, professional registration and current project details. Payment does not purchase a favourable JPI score or recommendation.
No agency relationship
Submitting an enquiry does not create an adviser, valuer, lawyer, fiduciary, brokerage or agency relationship with JPI.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, submit unlawful material, scrape personal data, interfere with site operation or reproduce substantial JPI content as your own.
